MILWAUKEE -- Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has been named by Time Magazine as one of their 100 most influential people.
Twenty people are each listed in five different categories: Titans, Pioneers, Artists, Leaders and Icons. Walker is listed in the "Leaders" category.
Walker's narrative on the
Time.com site was written by New Jersey governor Chris Christie.
"His reforms have brought tax reductions to his citizens and economic growth to his state," Christie said.
Gov. Walker tweeted that he was humbled to be named to the list.
