Police respond to disturbance in Plover

Plover (WAOW) -- One person is critically injured after Plover police say he sustained multiple blunt force trauma injuries.

Authorities say they responded to a domestic disturbance near the 2800 block of Cedar Drive in the Village of Plover. 

According to a news release, the male victim has been airlifted to St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. The man is currently listed in critical condition, the release said.

Police say the suspect is in custody at the Portage County Jail.

The investigation is on going.
