Marathon County Crime Stoppers: Bank Robbery


Marathon County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help to find the male who robbed the Banner Bank in Hatley.

On Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at about 2:41pm an armed robbery occurred at the bank in Hatley.

The suspect is believed to be a white male wearing a blue and white long sleeve plaid shirt, dark blue pants, dark colored baseball hat, black shoes, a gray colored industrial type face mask, and glasses.

The male was further described as being about 6'0 tall with a slim build.

The robber entered the bank with a semiautomatic handgun, demanded and received money inside the bank.

The suspect then stole a bank customer's car and fled the area southbound.

The stolen vehicle, a four-door being colored Cadillac was found already abandoned about 2:49pm off of poplar lane several miles west of Hatley.
