UPDATE: Propane truck slides off road

MCMILLAN (WAOW) - A truck hauling liquid propane slid into a ditch Thursday in western Marathon County, the sheriff's department said. No one was hurt.

There was no danger, a deputy sheriff said at the scene at the intersection of Marsh Road and County E near McMillan as authorities waited for a tow truck to remove the vehicle.

The truck is owned by Superior Inc.

The sheriff's department originally said on its Facebook page that the truck rolled over and a small leak occurred.

Investigators at the scene said there was no evidence of a leak.
