Madison PD: Blood bank shooting victim has non-life threatening injuries
MADISON (WAOW) -- Madison police say a shooting at a blood bank does not appear to be intentional, according to WKOW-TV, our sister station in Madison. Officials say one person suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The incident happened at Interstate Blood and Plasma.
Police say someone had a gun on them and went into the business, when the gun discharged, hitting the victim, according to WKOW.
Officials say the suspect ran away and police are trying to find him.
Madison College was on lockdown during the incident.
