MOSINEE (WAOW) -- Soup and service go hand-in-hand at a Central Wisconsin church.
The Mosinee United Methodist Church hosts soup dinners every Wednesday night during Lent.
The dinners are free, but organizers are asking for donations.
The money raised will support two upcoming mission trips. One is to Guatemala and one to the Red Cliff Reservation.
These meals are open to everyone in the community.
"We would love to have you. You'll find neighbors here and you'll find some good soup and you can feel good both about coming here," said Rev. Park Hunter.
Dinner starts at 5 p.m.
One year later, Bob Look - Dianne's husband, and Scott Sann - Sara'shusband, remember every detail of the tragic day.
Residents are being asked to support a $2.5 million referendum to maintain buildings, programs and staff.
