Inboxes overflow as 2016ers amp up email appeals for cash

WASHINGTON (AP) -- If you're anywhere on the radar of the 2016 presidential campaigns, beware your inbox.

On Tuesday at midnight, a quarterly period ends for campaigns to report how much money they've raised. That's set off a rush by the candidates to get you to donate before the deadline.

Among recent appeals, Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign is peddling an "official Hillary car magnet" with free shipping, for a $10 contribution.

Marco Rubio dangled the chance to win a trip to his Las Vegas birthday party with host Rick Harrison of TV's "Pawn Stars."

And it's bombs away. Ted Cruz is running a "One Million Dollar Money Bomb Challenge." Rubio has a "Let Freedom Ring" money bomb going. And Rand Paul wants $20.16 for his "End of Quarter Money Bomb."
