NEW: Frustration mounts as talks between the rival Koreas drag on

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) -- Talks are dragging on between North and South Korea, having hit the 24-hour mark this morning.

South Korean President Park Geun-hye says that without a clear apology from North Korea for a land mine attack that maimed two soldiers, anti-Pyongyang propaganda broadcasts will continue.

Tensions between the two Koreas have pushed them to the brink of a possible military confrontation.
