MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Hillary Rodham Clinton plans to speak at a Milwaukee women's rally in her first trip to Wisconsin since announcing her run for president.
The event Thursday evening at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee aims to play up Clinton's support for women and families on issues such as birth control and paid medical leave.
It comes as Clinton has worked to shake criticism over her use of a personal email account on a private server to conduct government business as secretary of state.
Clinton has recently apologized, calling that decision a mistake while maintaining she didn't violate State Department rules.
As temperatures in North Central Wisconsin rise, so do concerns about flooding.
