Woman suspected of anti-freeze poisoning

RICHLAND CENTER, Wis. (AP) -- Police say a Richland Center woman tried to kill another woman with anti-freeze.
The 25-year-old suspect is behind bars on a possible charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide. The 68-year-old victim is recovering at Meriter Hospital in Madison. Richland Center Police Chief Lucas Clements says the woman is in stable condition.
WKOW-TV reports police say the victim's blood tests showed high levels of ethylene glycol, or anti-freeze. The woman was transferred from a Richland hospital to Meriter about a week ago.
