UW-La Crosse dorm director sends orgasm email to residents
MADISON, Wis. (AP) - University of Wisconsin-La Crosse officials have reprimanded a dorm director for sending an email to residents giving tips on how to give women orgasms.
UW-La Crosse Chancellor Joe Gow told The Associated Press in a telephone interview on Monday that university officials formally reprimanded Jude Legiste on Friday. Gow said sending the email was unacceptable but he didn't believe it was a firing offense.
Legiste, a full-time university employee who runs Drake Hall, sent the message on Sept. 30. It contained an article by a female lawyer from New Zealand that offered graphic tips on stimulating women.
Legiste told the AP in a telephone interview Monday that he was trying to start a conversation about how to treat women but delivered the message in an "inappropriate fashion."
