MUSKEGO (WISN)-- All four suspects in an officer-involved East Troy shooting and subsequent police pursuit were taken into custody Wednesday night, Muskego police said.
Gunfire was exchanged between a police officer and suspects in Walworth County Wednesday evening. A pursuit began in East Troy and ended in a manhunt near a Muskego subdivision, police said.
The shooting started near a Burger King in East Troy, then spilled into the parking lot of Roma's Restaurant.
An employee said she heard up to four shots fired.
Four suspects then got into a car and headed north on I-43, starting a police chase.
Driving over 100 miles per hour, the group crashed near a Muskego home in a subdivision near Moorland Road.
Reports say two people are in custody in connection to the shooting while two others are still at large.
K-9 units were deployed to the area.
As residents approached the subdivision where officers searched for the suspects, police escorted them into their homes. Glen Horozewski waited to be walked into his home near the scene.
"You're not safe anymore. It doesn't feel like a safe neighborhood like it used to be," he said.
Police scoured parks, bike paths and parking lots for the two people still at large.
There has been no word on whether anyone was injured.
