Wisconsin Badgers linebacker Joe Schobert was the first to be selected in the NFL Draft's fourth round. The Cleveland Browns selected Schobert with their 99th overall pick.

During his senior year, he accumulated 9.5 sacks, 76 tackles, and 20 tackles for loss.

Schobert was named second-team All-American as well as Big Ten Linebacker of the Year and first-team All-Conference.
