A man on a motorcycle in Spencer approached a young girl twice and asked her if she wanted to go to the park, according to a Facebook post on the Spencer Police Department's page.
It happened around 5:45 p.m. Thursday near the A&W.
The department shared photos of a man inside the store. The Facebook post said officers want to talk to him in connection to the incident.
The man is described as having blue eyes and pimples on his face. He was on a black motorcycle with high handlebars. He was wearing a black helmet with a tinted shield, blue T-shirt, gray pants and a black backpack.
The girl said the man approached her twice - the first time saying she was "tough" to be walking by herself. The second time, the girl said he asked for directions and asked her where she lived and asked if she wanted to go to the park with him.
Police said the girl did not give him any information.
