The patchy morning fog was followed by sunshine, which then gave way to scattered showers and T-storms during the afternoon as a weak wave of low pressure slid southward over the state. Additional showers and T-storms developed over southern Wisconsin during the afternoon ahead of the cold front which passed through our area last night. It was mild again, with a bit lower humidity levels than yesterday. Highs ranged through the low to mid 80s except for areas where the showers occurred.
Patchy fog will be possible again tonight, with locally dense fog in low-lying areas.
Mainly dry and mild weather, with moderate humidity levels is expected through early next week. There will be slight chances of isolated showers developing during the afternoon Friday and Saturday. Patchy fog will be possible most nights.
The next significant chance of showers and T-storms throughout the area is next Tuesday into Wednesday as a cold front and low pressure system pass through.
No grass or ragweed pollen was measured today by the Marshfield Clinic-Wausau Center.
