DORCHESTER (WAOW) -- Here is the recipe for Tony's melon dessert:
1 medium watermelon
4 leaves of sweet basil
4 leaves of mint
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Simple syrup (1/8 cup water, ¼ cup sugar)
Make the melon balls and place in a large bowl. In a blender or food processor grind the basil and mint and mix it with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Pour over the melon balls and stir, and then pour back into a carved watermelon.
