GREEN BAY (WAOW)- It appears that Brett Favre will have to wait yet another day before reporting to Packers training camp. The NFL chose not to reinstate the future hall of famer on Thursday delaying the process yet another day.
There were many reports on Thursday that Favre had a charter flight ready to head from Hattiesburg, MS to Green Bay so he could report to camp on Friday. But reportedly those plans changed after Favre heard word that the NFL chose not to reinstate him on Thursday. So it now is extremely unlikely that Favre would come to practice on Friday.
Favre's agent Bus Cook spoke to the Associated Press on the issue. Cook says, "He's prepared to deal with it. He's ready to go back, but he can't go back until the commissioner reinstates him."
