ANTIGO (WAOW)-- This week's winners are the students at All Saints Catholic School in Antigo.

For years, the students have raised money for children across the world.

In the first three years, the money raised was donated to sponsor a girl named, Rosa Garcia, in Bolivia, through her eighteenth year.

The next three years, the money raised was given to William Peter, a young boy from Tanzania, through Living Waters International.

The school is currently in their fourth year for raising money for the citizens of Darfur, through the Save the Darfur organization.

In order to raise money for the cause, the students select songs they would like to perform in front of the community and spend hours practicing for the big Family Night Lip Sync,  and Spagetti Dinner.

Over the past nine years, All Saints Catholic School has raised nearly 10-thousand dollars, to help benefit others globally.

This is their tenth anniversary.

This year they raised $1,262.

We had the opportunity to go visit the students this week, and we had a great time.

The school held a surprise assembly, and the kids were all so enthusiastic and excited.

This is a perfect example of students thinking outside the box, and touching lifes on a yearly basis around the world.

If you would like your school to be on Wake Up Wisconsin be sure to email us at with all your nominations.

Every Friday at 6:30 on Wakeup...we recognize a different school for their accomplishments.
