UPDATE: Bond has been set at $25,000 for a shooting suspect in Merrill.
According to court records, 27-year-old Tanner Graap is facing two felony charges including homicide by negligent handling of a dangerous weapon.
He's ordered not to have contact with the victim's family and can't consume alcohol or other controlled substances.
Court documents allege Graap did heroin the morning on the shooting. He reportedly told police he was trying to put the gun in his chest pocket of his coat when he ran into the door frame and the handgun came forward with his finger on the trigger and went off.

Merrill, Wis. (WAOW) -- A suspect is in custody after a woman is found dead in Merrill Tuesday.
According to police, they were called to the scene around 11 a.m. on reports of an accidental discharge of a gun. When authorities got to the scene they say the woman was unresponsive.
A suspect has been taken into custody on potential charges of negligent handling of a dangerous weapon.
