Eau Claire homicide suspect arrested in Price County

(WAOW)-- The suspect in a Eau Claire homicide was arrested at midnight Wednesday in Phillips. 

The Eau Claire County Sheriff's Office says Philip Novak was arrested without any incident. 

They identified Novak as a suspect in the death of Eddie Banks. 

The sheriff's office say they're thankful for tips and information from the public that led to the arrest of Novak.
