Trees for Threes returns for 6th season

Area schools can get free trees from the Trees for Threes program.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WAOW) – The Trees for Threes program is making a return to Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Bucks and American Transmission Co. (ATC) are teaming up for the project, which provides free trees to schools.

For every 3-pointer the Bucks make at the arena during the 2021-22 season, ATC will donate one tree to a school.

Eligible schools in Wisconsin can sign up to receive as many as five trees each.

Last season, more than 25 schools in our area took part in the program.

Schools can sign up by visiting here.

This is the sixth year of the tree project.
