TAYLOR CO., Wis. (WAOW) -- UPDATE: Raymond Piller was located safe.

A silver alert has been issued for a missing man in Taylor County, according to Wisconsin's Department of Justice.

A release from the DOJ said Raymond Dennis Piller, 79, of Medford, was last seen wearing a brown jacket with a logo that says "Pillers" on it and blue jeans.

Piller is 5'7', weighs about 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and short, grey hair.

Officials said Piller was last seen around 4 p.m. Thursday at Country Gardens Assisted Living Facility. He was reportedly allowed to leave his assisted living facility by staff in his personal vehicle as he's done in the past but did not return unlike previous times.

His vehicle is a brown 2013 Ford F-150 with Wisconsin plates: HF8215. The DOJ said his truck has a Harley Davidson sticker on the back.

If you see Piller, call the Taylor County Sheriff's Office at (715) 748-2200 ext. 5.
